The problem
A pharmacy carries thousands of items, many with batch numbers and expiry dates, and most small pharmacies still track them in notebooks or a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
Expired stock gets discovered on the shelf instead of in a report, and at the end of the month it is hard to say exactly what the pharmacy earned. I built Medica so the counter, the stockroom and the books agree with each other.
