The problem

An estate office's listings live in three places: a notebook at the desk, photos scattered in each agent's phone gallery, and numbers in their contacts. When a customer asks for a three-room apartment for rent in Shahr-e Naw, nobody can show one in under ten minutes.

Estate Book puts every estate on one list the whole office shares, each with its photos, price, address and the person to call. It installs on the phone like an app, opens on photo cards with sale, rent and mortgage tabs, and an estate's page shows its photos full screen with the owner's numbers one tap from a call.

    Estates

    • House, apartment, land, shop, office or garden
    • For sale, for rent or on mortgage (gerawi), in afghani or dollars
    • Available, reserved, sold or rented out
    • Address, description, the person to call and two phone numbers

    Photos

    • A cover photo and up to 20 more, from the camera or the gallery
    • Swipe through them on the estate's page, tap for full screen
    • Phone photos are made smaller before they are sent, so they go up fast

    Find it fast

    • Photo cards, newest first, with sale, rent, mortgage and mine tabs
    • Search by title, area, name or phone number
    • Filters by type, status, price and who entered it

    On the phone

    • Installs to the home screen and opens full screen, like an app
    • A bar at the foot of the screen with the + button in the middle
    • Stays signed in for 90 days, renewed each time it is opened
