The problem

Boards are bought by the sheet and sold by the sheet, the half and the third, in many thicknesses, sizes and finishes. Once a sheet is cut, a notebook cannot say how many whole sheets are left and how many loose halves are leaning against the wall.

MDF System keeps every sheet and every loose piece in stock. It cuts a sheet by itself when a half or a third is sold, knows what each delivery driver is carrying back, and shows which staff have been paid. It is the largest of my products, covering the whole business from purchasing to salaries.
